Policy

New Clients (Establishments)
To secure an appointment for a new establishment, a $300 deposit is required. Any remaining balance is due the first day of the establishment. 

Appointments
All new and existing clients are by appointment only. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. No call/no show appointments will be charged the full amount for the services schedule.

Conditions of Hair
You are expected to have hair free of oils, conditioners, moisturizers, and washed within 24-48 hours of all sessions (consultation, establishment, or retightening). Shampoo services are provided upon request at the time of scheduling for an additional fee.  

Illness
Please be mindful of others as well as your consultant. If you are experiencing any sickness/cold/flu like symptoms, please stay home. Take care of yourself and see you next appointment.

Lateness
Clients must call or text if they expect to be more than 15 minutes late. Services will be billed from the time of scheduled appointment NOT the arrival time. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll need to reschedule, no exceptions. Breaks taken by your consultant will not be included in your bill time.

Payment
Cash, Credit/debit, PayPal, Zelle and Cashapp are accepted. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Retightening
A session is on average 2 hours when 4-6 week appointments are maintained. A Sisterlocks™️ retightening is an hourly rate of  $87.50 per hour. Retightening’s and repairs are not the same.
